Tracie Lampson, Founder of Lampson Retirement Solutions, never set out to become a retirement planning expert. Life, however, had other plans. The unexpected loss of her husband at age 29 and the early retirement of her second husband when she was just 43 taught her powerful lessons about financial preparedness, risk, and the reality of life’s unforeseen challenges. Those experiences revealed how few people truly understand their finances—or the importance of proactive planning to protect what they’ve worked so hard to build.

With more than 18 years of experience in the insurance and financial planning industry, Tracie is highly respected by both clients and peers for her depth of knowledge and her ability to design market-leading, retirement-focused strategies. Her success has earned her exclusive access to collaborate with some of the world’s largest investment banks and leading experts in asset allocation and long-term care planning. This allows her to deliver innovative, forward-thinking solutions designed to help retirees protect their nest egg from the catastrophic events that often arise later in life.

Tracie is deeply committed to helping her clients “Enjoy the Ride” in retirement—without constantly watching the gas gauge. A native Houstonian, she has built a life she loves north of Houston, where she enjoys time with her four children, six grandchildren, and her three rescue dogs.

Rahnie Sandhu, CFO of LS Retirement Solutions, joined the company in 2021. As a young man, his father often told him to do as much as he could while he could. So, he embarked on a journey to learn as many things as he was able. Growing up in Texas during the 70s and 80s was tough for Rahnie, but he made it a focus to take advantage of the miniscule opportunities he was given. 

Thankfully, his undergraduate and graduate career gave him more opportunities, and he played that to the best of his abilities. He has managed Fortune 100 companies, been a part of several small startups and owned his own companies for over a decade now. His path and success in his professional career is as diversified as his hobbies and interests. Then, along came Tracie... 

As Rahnie prepared for his own personal retirement, he realized he had an opportunity to collaborate with Tracie and grow her business inside the retirement segment. Now, day in and day out, Rahnie is the man who works on the numbers behind the scenes at LS Retirement Solutions. He is the face and voice of LS Metals on all of its sales platforms. He is the guy that people call for answers because he will find them regardless of the question. Seldom seen, but often heard, he is the cog that turns the wheel at LS Retirement Solutions.
